Choose the apps, categories, and websites that can wait, or everything Apple allows. Keep them quiet always, during a session, or overnight, at a Gentle, Committed, or Locked strength.

Choose 15, 25, 45, or 60 minutes or your own length, set an intention, and settle in with a frequency tone. 15-minute sessions are free.

Can AWARE block apps on my iPhone?
Yes. With Apple’s Screen Time permission, AWARE applies boundaries to the apps, categories, and websites you choose. Some protected apps and system functions may remain available. AWARE does not replace Apple’s Screen Time controls.
What does Premium add, and what does it cost?
Free includes one boundary plus a nightly Sleep Boundary, 15-minute focus sessions and a free Tone of the Day. Premium adds more and longer boundaries, longer focus sessions, every solfeggio Sound and the whole Grove. It’s $4.99 a month, $13.49 for 3 months, or $47.99 a year (about $4 a month), each with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers, on the U.S. App Store, and it renews automatically until you cancel in your Apple ID settings. Deleting the app doesn’t cancel it. There’s no lifetime plan.
What information does AWARE collect?
Your boundaries, practice history, intentions, and settings stay on your iPhone. AWARE has no account, ads, analytics, or tracking. Apple and RevenueCat handle purchases using an anonymous ID, and Expo delivers app updates. Read the privacy policy.
